Hi my loves! Long time no talk! I finally got back from my trip from Europe and I already want to go back! :( My trip to Santorini, Greece felt like a dream! The beautiful shades of white and blue really do look like a real life postcard! And I got to see it in person! The beauty of Santorini honestly doesn't lie in its architecture, but also in its atmosphere. The white buildings overlooking the sea, and the beautiful sunsets everyone talks about. Standing there, you can’t help but pause and admire what’s in front of you.. it’s so breathtaking that words can't even explain it.

Santorini is such a beautiful place during the daytime, but even more breathtaking during the sunset. You'll see hints of pink, gold, and violet as the sun sets into the sea. Sadly, I went during a cloudy week but still got to see the sun peaking through the clouds, it honestly looked like heaven. The place I stayed at was called Imerovigli, We got to stay here the first couple days in Greece. It's a much quieter place than Oia or Fira, which I prefer more. I personally think the views of the sea from this area were better than Oia's, both still beautiful.

Views from Imerovigli! <3

Every morning, they served a complimentary breakfast that was absolutely amazing! Fresh omelets, eggs, warm bread, hot tea, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Plus a little extra treat with Nutella, apple-cinnamon pancakes, and Greek yogurt. I honestly looked forward to breakfast every single day, it was soo good!

Santorini, Greece - Town of Oia! You probably seen this town all over instagram! It really is as beautiful as the pictures you see online. For the next couple of days, I got to stay in the famous town of Oia! It was only about 15 minutes away from Imerovigli, but it had a completely different vibe. Oia was definitely more of a tourist hotspot! More busier and more crowded, but the views were absolutely breathtaking. Every corner offered another picture perfect moment that made the crowds easy to forget. I also got to try REAL greek yogurt here.. and now I cant go back to regular yogurt ever again. If you know any good greek yogurt spots in America plz let your girl know!

When you come to Greece for the culture… or let’s be honest, for all the adorable cats! 🐾 This little kitty showed up right at our door and even wandered into our room. She was so sweet and curious, I completely fell in love and wanted to take her home! I saw a bunch of stray cats and dogs in Europe, I really wanted to take them all home with me.

Staying in Greece for a week was magical. I finally got to see the instagram famous blue-domed church in Oia, the Church of the Resurrection of the Lord—also called Anastasis. From dreaming of seeing it online, to seeing it in person was something else. Honestly, looking at Oia at night is like staring at a sparkling world map lol! And when I say the views in Santorini are something you can’t even fully comprehend or describe, I mean it! Visiting Greece was definitely a dream come true and a bucket-list moment I’ll never forget. I can’t believe I got to see it with my own eyes. I would absolutely come back for the culture, the sunsets, the food (especially the gyros), and of course, those views that take your breath away. Overall, I would come back here in a heartbeat. Greece is such a romantic place. I can see myself coming back in the near future hehe! If you made it this far, thank you all so much! Or as the Greeks would say, efcharistó!! (thank you) for reading! If you have any questions or tips on what I should've done out here let me know! Love you all sooo much!
