Hi loves, long time no talk! I missed you all! Recently, I had a chance to take a trip to one of the most breathtaking places in the Southwest- Sedona, Arizona.

Sedona completely lived up to the hype with a mix of spiritual energy and natural beauty. Hiking cathedral rock is worth the view at the very top. This hike is one of Sedona's most iconic landmarks. The climb was steep in some areas but totally worth every step. The view at the top was absolutely stunning. You just had to pause and soak in the silence with how beautiful and peaceful it is at the top. A hike definitely worth going on! I had to snap a pic of me at the edge of the mountains. Literally living life on the edge. Lol! (If you're seeing this photo mom, I'm sorry!)

Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village felt like stepping into a spanish-style village. It was a beautiful spot. I got to see various boutiques and artisan shops. Looking for crystals as well! Sedona is known for its spiritual energy so crystal shopping felt not only fun but meaningful. They also have so many delicious spots to eat here as well.

Here's a picture of me and my child Roxy. When I say she's a trooper on these hikes, she amazes me! She's done many hikes with me, some more difficult than others but she makes it each time! I'm so proud of her! Also do you see her little booties?! So adorable! Take your dog on that hike, it's worth it.

Wetlands Preserve- while many people come to Sedona for hikes like Cathedral Rock or Devil's bridge, the Wetlands Preserve is definitely a hidden gem. Yet another peaceful and beautiful destination. This is one of the places where you can't help but be present.

One of my favorite parts of our airbnb was the meditation room. It was beautiful from the natural lighting and nature surrounding us. You can see the red rock mountains from here, and if you get lucky, a group of javelina's stroll by in the morning. (I was lucky to see them!) It was a breathtaking view.

One thing I loved about the airbnb the most was the natural lighting and animals strolling through the backyard. Being so close to the mountains was amazing as well. Would come back here in a heartbeat!

While Sedona stole my heart with its red rocks, visiting Bearizona was the highlight of my trip. If you know me, you should know just how much I love wildlife and animals. Bearizona was a drive thru habitat for animals where you can see them up close and personal. I can tell you right now it is worth every penny. The moment we entered the park we were greeted by a massive bison casually strolling just a feet away, then came a bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and even artic wolves. But of course the star of the show, the bears. I even got lucky and saw bears playing! It was so cute..in the car of course!

I wish I got a picture of all the animals I saw from Bearizona! :(
Overall, I would definitely come back to Sedona. This is one of the places that has a way of making you slow down and appreciate the beauty of the present moment. A good getaway trip for sure! I can't wait for my next adventure! Until then, love you all and thank you for reading! Ttyl!
